Mission Statement

To ensure the Health, Welfare, and Emotional Well-Being of each and every one of the cats and kittens residing in our cattery.  

Forever Kittens Cattery specializes in the Munchkin cat Hybrid the Napoleon cat and the Wild Looking Highlander Cat. 

Our goal is to work with each of our chosen breeds and other reputable breeders to develop the standards, increase registration, advancement and promotion of each of our breeds.

	Highlander cats are a relatively new breed beginning there ascent up the TICA registration ladder.   The ideal appearance of a Highlander Cat is a wonderful padded muzzle (like a lion),  curled ears, long legs and a naturally occurring short (bob) tail.  They are highly intelligent, and very playful!  They provide hours of entertainment for all to watch their amazing antics and athletic ability. Highlander cats are totally people and animal friendly, despite their wild markings.

	Napoleon cats were developed by breeding a Purebred Persian Group cat to a Purebred Munchkin cat, creating the wonderful cats you see here.  The ideal appearance of the Napoleon cat is a well rounded head, wide expressive eyes, short legs, stocky body, medium tail.  Then end result being that you have the open sweet faced appearance of a doll faced Persian on short legs.  This is achieved via very selective breeding and of-course time. The ideal temperament of  the Napoleon cat is loving, gentle, laid back and playful.
